If your suburb is not listed, call us — we often travel a little further depending on the day.

Do you come to my home or workplace?

Both. Most jobs are done in a driveway, a garage, or a workplace car park. All we need is safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough room to work around it. If you are in an apartment building, an open visitor bay or the street outside is usually fine.

What does it cost?

Servicing starts from $75 for an oil and filter change, $45 for a battery replacement, $60 for a diagnostic scan, $120 for spark plugs and $180 for brake pad replacement. Final pricing depends on your vehicle and the parts it takes, so we confirm the price with you before any work starts. There are no call-out fees hidden on top.

Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. We quote the job before we begin, and if we find something else once we are looking at the car, we stop and talk to you first. You will never get an invoice with work on it you did not agree to.

What kind of work can be done at my house?

Accepted Answer

Most routine servicing and repairs: oil and filter changes, brake pads and rotors, batteries, spark plugs, tyre rotations, diagnostic scans and performance work such as coilover installs. Jobs that need a hoist, wheel alignment equipment or major engine and transmission work still belong in a workshop, and we will tell you plainly if yours is one of them.

My warning light is on. Can you tell me what is wrong?

Yes. A diagnostic scan reads the fault codes your car has stored and points to the system causing the problem. A code is a starting point rather than an answer, so we interpret it against what the car is actually doing before recommending a repair.

Do you work on my make of car?

Accepted Answer

We work on most common makes on Australian roads, including Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Holden, Ford, Mitsubishi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. If you are not sure whether your car is covered, send us the make, model and year and we will tell you before you book.

Will a mobile service affect my new car warranty?

No, provided the service is carried out to the manufacturer schedule using parts that meet specification, and the logbook is stamped. Australian consumer law means a manufacturer cannot require you to service at their own dealership to keep your warranty. Tell us it is a logbook service when you book so the right schedule is followed.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm. We are closed Sundays. Early morning and after-work slots book out fastest, so it is worth asking a few days ahead if you need one.
